Rainbow Feather Papercut

These colourful and perhaps silly little creations have no specific purpose - all I know is that I love making them and they seem to put a smile on people's faces.

You could use it as a bookmark, hang it in a window, stick it on the fridge... or write a love note on the back and mail it to someone who could use a little beauty and joy in their life.

Each feather is hand painted and hand cut by me. I use Fabriano's made in Italy FSC-certified acid free 300gsm (140lb) watercolour paper which is quite stiff, and textured.

THIS FEATHER:

This feather is painted in a pastel rainbow scale. It is about 9.5 inches long and about 3.5 inches wide.
