The star of our barn wood wine rack is the shimmering patina and etched grain of antique wood. This board spent over a century as part of a barn, being exposed to years of sun, wind and rain.
Our recycled leather straps and brass hardware transform this time capsule into a beautiful and useful addition to your home.These look gorgeous mounted in a dining room, and will do double duty as a great conversation starter at your next gathering.

You will receive the exact wine rack shown in the images. Dimensions: approximately 46 inches tall and 15 inches wide, and the board is approximately 1/2 inch thick. This special board features deeply weathered and textured wood that has developed a silvery patina along the edges, and a rust coloured centre and bottom band from where another board would have overlapped in the structure of the barn. Its beautiful wood grain ripples around a large central knot, and there are various holes and notches that speak to the wood's long and varied history.The leather is a soft and supple espresso coloured leather, and a matte finish. It is recycled from the offcuts of high end handbag production.

These will ship, securely packaged in a box, within 2 business days, using minimalist recyclable packaging in paper and cardboard. We pay for shipping in Canada and the USA! Insurance coverage and tracking included. You will have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping method at checkout.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THIS ITEM?
Handle the leather with dry, clean hands. If needed, the barn wood can be vacuumed. Handle with gloves during installation to avoid splinters.
HOW WAS THIS ITEM MADE?
We make our barn wood wine and magazine racks from wood salvaged from dismantled antique barns along the Ontario-Quebec border in Canada. The 3/4 inch leather straps are hand cut from leather offcuts salvaged from manufacturing and are screwed into the boards using solid brass screws and cup washers. The holes for mounting these to your wall are discreetly placed behind the straps for a seamless look. It mounts flush to the wall using the included wall anchors and screws, which provide over 300 pounds (Lbs) of load-bearing capacity.This item was made by our own hands in our studio, located on the traditional territory of the Anishinabewaki ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ and Omàmìwininìwag (Algonquin).
